The short business meeting portion of our Annual Membership Meeting (January 20, 2011) will include the election of the 2011 Last Stand Board of Directors. Nominations for the Board of Directors may be submitted to the Nominating Committee. The Nominating Committee consists of Amy Lachat Lynch, Al Sullivan, and George Halloran. Additionally, the Board of Directors has brought forth for a vote by the general membership a set of minor changes to the Last Stand by-laws. These changes are marked in red in this PDF copy of the current bylaws:
