Last Stand's 20th Anniversary Celebration! 

Dear Members and friends of Last Stand:

Please join us for an informal gathering to celebrate Last Stand's 20th birthday (and to eat and drink).  We'll be joined by some fine folks from 1000 Friends of Florida, a statewide organization with many of the same ideals as Last Stand.  Following a brief award presentation** by Charles Pattison, 1000 FoF's President, we'll eat, drink, and socialize.  (** our 2005-2006 president, Dennis Henize, is being honored by 1000 Friends with a Community Steward Award.)

what: Last Stand's 20th Anniversary - Program and Pot-Luck Supper     where: NOAA's Nancy Foster Eco-Discovery Center, Truman Waterfront, Key West   Access the Truman Waterfront via the end of Southard Street (go through the Truman Annex gate - curve left - NOAA Eco-Center is well-marked, parking lot on right)     when: Sunday, September 23, 2007 - 6 to 9PM       Pot-luck supper will follow the 6 pm program - you can come for just the program, so don't stay away if you don't feel like bringing food and staying for eats.
